Scheduling
A simple process for arranging sessions, retreats, and individual work at the Temple.
Location
The Temple is located in Lake County in northern California, about thirty minutes north of Harbin Hot Springs.
Current Format of Work
At this time, offerings are available exclusively on an individual, one-on-one basis. We have found that private sessions create space for deeper and more focused work.
Group programs are not currently scheduled. If this changes, announcements will be posted here on the website.
Session Options
Talk sessions are available by phone, video, or in person. These sessions may focus on:
• Integration following a psychedelic experience
• Life or spiritual inquiry
• Sexual or relationship concerns
• Other matters currently present in your life
In-person experiential sessions are also available. These typically involve a minimum of three hours of session time.
Residential retreats are usually three days in length.

Darkness Retreats
Darkness retreats require a minimum of four days. At present, they are being offered in coordination with Acraya an international organization creating and supporting darkness retreats.
These darkness retreats are held in a private dedicated building designed specifically for darkness work that provides a safe and comfortable environment. You can choose to have me support you during the process or use another facilitator on the Acraya staff, or have no facilitation at all. Through the innovative use of technology (speakers, microphones, and sensors strategically placed throughout the room), it is possible to receive check ins and meetings while you are in total darkness.
Acraya has plans to develop these darkness retreat centers throughout the world. At present the first center is in Costa Rica. From now until January 31, 2027 you can participate in a 4 nights / 3 full days darkness research study sponsored Institute for Advanced Consciousness Studies (IACS), a non-profit research institute studying consciousness and wellbeing, and the Harvard Meditation Research Program at Harvard Medical School. The purpose of the study is to investigate the possible benefits of darkness retreats. Beginning in February 2027 the retreat center is available for retreats of longer or shorter duration. Contribution and Scheduling
All services at the Temple are offered on a donation basis. No one is turned away due to inability to contribute. There is a the fully refundable reservation deposit for the time that is reserved exclusively for you. Scholarships are available if needed.
